To introduce learners to the development of dementia care, moving from the medical model to person centred care culminating in awareness of the expectations of the National Dementia Strategy (2009) and the Prime Ministers Challenge (2012). TARGET GROUP:  Designed for everyone who has frequent or intensive contact with people living with dementia
