LLR Living well with Dementia Strategy 2024-2028 Public Consultation

We at Leicester City, Leicestershire County and Rutland County Councils (LLR) as well as the Integrated Care Board are reviewing the local dementia strategy.  This is to ensure that we keep up to date with  priorities so that people living with dementia and those close to them receive the best care and support possible. Please take a look at the proposed strategy and complete the survey below. Telling us what matters to you will help ensure we do not miss anything! Here is the link to the survey:

If you could share this across your professional networks as well as with people living with dementia and carers that would be of great help. On request we will come to existing community or residential groups to go through the survey . We are also attaching a poster that could be printed and put on display to raise awareness of the consultation. People can also scan the QR code and access the consultation through smartphones.
