SUPPORTING QUALITY CARE
Our Annual Care Conference is extremely well regarded as the main local event for care providers (members of EMCARE & non-members), in Leicestershire, Leicester City & Rutland bringing together 225 plus attendees.
Once again, we will be bringing a variety of speakers to give advice and updates in changes to law and best practice on key sector topics. The speakers at the last event were CQC, Care England, EMCARE, Leicester/Leicestershire/Rutland key bodies and an update from our supported solicitors. As always, we aim to bring solutions and ideas to support these changes.
In addition to the speakers, we offer exhibitors a presence at the Conference to directly network, meet attendees and showcase their products and/or services. We have limited exhibition space, so if this is of interest, please contact us as soon as possible.
The Conference attendees in the main are owners and managers of care services, although others, including members of the local authorities and NHS also attend. Attendance includes lunch and refreshments as well as Certificates of Attendance that evidences attendance as a record of professional development. The conference is a full day event and so starts at 8.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.
EMCARE is the local Care Association specifically representing Care Providers in Leicestershire, Leicester City and Rutland and has been supporting quality care for over 30 years. Our members are from independent and voluntary sector organisations in the area. EMCARE are affiliated members of Care England and a member of the Care Association Alliance. We support our members via the Conference, Members Meetings, Exec Board, Email Updates, Networking, Peer to peer support, Closed Facebook Group, Members Discounts with our Commercial Partners etc…
