Target Group: This programme is aimed at Managers, Seniors, Team Leaders and/or Training Co-Ordinators working within Residential and Nursing Care Homes in Leicestershire and Leicester City. Only staff who are trained in Dignity in Care and who would be expected to deliver that training back to their colleagues. Aim: The Target Group will be expected to deliver the information/training to their own Staff group. Objectives:
  • To develop networks
  • To develop the skills in your staff group to challenge poor practice and acknowledge and encourage good practice
