Safeguarding Training for Trainer

This course will provide you with the skills and resources that you will need to deliver ‘Safeguarding Adults Training’ within your own organisation.
The training will include what staff needs to know to be able to report any concerns, allegations or disclosures of abuse and to recognise signs and indicators that an ‘adult at risk’ may be experiencing or is at risk of being abused.
The training prepares you to be able to train the Safeguarding competencies 1-6 set that are set out in the ‘Leicester Leicestershire & Rutland Safeguarding Adults Board’ Local Policies and Procedures and it is a requirement that all staff and volunteers meet these competencies within an organisation.
Aims and Objectives: Following attending the course, participants should be able to:
Times: Arrive 9.15am for a 9:30 start and finish 4.30pm
Refreshments will be provided. Lunch will NOT be provided
This course is a multi-agency training and will remain fully funded, therefore you will only be charged, if delegates fail to attend. The establishment will be invoiced for the non-attendance rate of £100 per person.
